Privacy policy

This website is published by FallouTech, a technology brand led by a Full Stack & DevOps developer based in Senegal. The processing described here complies with Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of January 25, 2008 on the protection of personal data and, for the visitors concerned, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you send a request, we store: full name, email, WhatsApp number, company (optional), project type, budget, timeline, description and the language used.

Purpose: responding to your request, preparing a proposal and commercial follow-up. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention: 3 years from our last exchange, then deletion.

If you accept, we measure how the site is used with our own tool, without any third-party advertising service: pages viewed, visit source (e.g. TikTok, Google, UTM campaign), device type, browser, language, approximate country provided by our host, estimated visit duration and useful interactions (button clicks, project views, form start and submission).

A random, pseudonymous identifier is stored in your browser to tell visits apart. We do not collect your IP address to identify you and never try to learn the identity of an anonymous visitor.

If you send a request after accepting audience measurement, the source of your visit is linked to your request to help us understand which channels work.

Retention: 13 months, then automatic deletion.

If you decline, no audience measurement data is sent. You can change your mind at any time via the "Privacy preferences" link in the footer.

gt_lang (cookie, 12 months): remembers the language you chose. Required for the site to work.

gt_consent (local storage): remembers your audience measurement choice. Required for the site to work.

gt_vid and gt_sid (local storage): pseudonymous audience measurement identifiers, created only if you accept.

No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used.

To protect the form against abuse, we compute a non-reversible fingerprint of the network address, kept for at most one hour in a technical counter. It is never linked to your other data.

The site is hosted by Vercel and data is stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Neon. These providers act as processors. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by email or WhatsApp via the Contact page. You may also contact Senegal's Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP).
